Introduction

SIAT’s residential college (RC) is a comprehensive platform for students to study and enjoy their campus life. It provides a community living space and a creative and diversified learning ambiance for students with different academic disciplines and cultural backgrounds. The communal living and activities will help students develop their qualities of service and leadership, teamwork and collaboration, while enriching their lives through cultural engagement and healthy lifestyles. Furthermore, students are given opportunities to broaden international horizon, cultivate interpersonal skills and enhance cultural confidence.

In addition, a dedicated team of RC’s Residential and Non-Residential Fellows offer academic support by conducting non-credit-bearing academic tutorials, pertaining to general courses, disciplinary courses, academic reports, soft skills courses, etc. Students can freely participate in their interested courses. Learning from those academic tutorials, students could enrich and integrate their knowledge framework and expand their mind of study.
